Due to current Covid climate, we’re not accepting any returns or exchanges at the moment.
We ensure your items are packaged safely for shipment. However, there’s possibility of damage during shipment. Please be sure to inspect your package upon receipt for any damages that may have occurred during shipping. The shipping box may show some wear that’s normal. If damage occurred to any of the items you ordered please contact us with pictures and report damages at email@example.com within 2 days of product receipt. We’ll work with you for return and a replacement.
Our products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1 to 4 business days of the order being placed. Full tracking details will be available. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order may be delayed. Please note any order placed on a Friday or weekend will be processed within the following business days.
